This week, we shipped key improvements to session reliability, user onboarding, and real-time alerting - making Autoplay even smoother to use.

🎬 Session Experience Fixes

Play/Pause Loop Bug Fixed: Sessions no longer restart unexpectedly when pausing and playing.
Sidebar Video Bug Resolved: Fixed an issue where the video player sometimes failed to load in the session sidebar.

👤 Onboarding & Profiles

Welcome Message for New Users: First-time users now see a personalized welcome via Intercom to help them get started faster.
User Profile Cards (Beta): Profile cards are now available for select customers. These provide richer user context directly in the product (Marie will demo to early users).

⚠️ Real-Time Alerting (Beta)

Pinnie Integration for Rage Clicks & Dead Clicks: We’ve begun testing real-time detection and Intercom alerts for high-friction moments like dead clicks and rage clicks. Currently behind a feature flag and rolling out selectively.
