Conversational Search with Perplexity AI

You can now ask follow-up questions directly in the search experience, just like a real conversation. This allows for faster exploration without having to restart your query each time.

Filter Tip:

While search doesn’t yet auto-apply filters, you can get high-accuracy results by manually setting filters (like email + date range).

Coming Soon:

We’re actively working on turning this into a fully-fledged agent tool that will apply the correct filters based on your question. Personalized recommended searches are also coming to help you discover the right insights more quickly.

Updated Design

We’ve rolled out a new layout for Golden Path that improves readability and helps you more easily spot deviations and success patterns.

Smarter Summaries

Golden Path sessions now come with built-in summaries that explain key actions and deviations across user journeys - no need to watch full replays to understand the story.

⏱ New Duration Filter

You can now filter sessions by duration throughout the app. Whether you’re looking to isolate long, meandering sessions or short, high-impact ones, this gives you more control over what you review.
